Terms And Conditions

The FULL Tour amount will be charged to your credit card for any Tour canceled within 24 hours of your scheduled time.

NO SHOW’s will be charged the FULL Tour amount.

Due to contractual agreements between Star Helicopters and our Limo companies, the full amount will be charged to your credit card for any Limousine Package or Executive Town Car Package canceled within 48 hours of your scheduled time.

If you can’t make your tour call us 24 hours before your tour cancel or reschedule to avoid any charges.

Star Helicopters requires a credit card to book a flight.

There will not be any charge to your credit card until after you have completed your flight.  At that time you may use another credit card or pay in cash.

Same day bookings will be charged in full at the time of booking.

We have never charged anyone for canceling their tour 24 hours prior to their tour. We realize that things come up and people change their mind. All we ask is that you give us as much advanced notice as possible so we can make our helicopters available to others.

Star Helicopters will reschedule your flight at no charge due to weather that prevents us from flying, FAA temporary flight restrictions or when flight conditions are determined to be unsafe by our pilots.

Sporting events such as Baseball and Football have a 3 mile NO FLY zone around them, and your tour may be rerouted.

Presidential TFR’s result in a 30 mile NO FLY area around the President.

Tour routes may vary due to weather and FAA restriction.

Disneyland has a permanent TFR around it and they will not make exceptions to it.

We will reschedule your flight if our helicopters are down for maintenance.

All of our tour flight times are approximate from engine start to engine stop.

Prices are subject to change at anytime!

All of our tours are private, we will never put another customer with your flight.
